Unfortunately Gordon was never clear that despite doing no work on site there would still be a charge. Technician even said there would be no charge as he hadn't done anything but Gordon would not budge. Hate to poorly review a local business but would recommend you avoid.

Had a blocked drain emergency on a Sunday morning. I googled "blocked drains Brighton" and called DrainBoss after I saw their website. I thought I had a minor Blocked drain, which, when Liam called and lifted the manholes, turned into a major job. From the road to the house they were completely full of gunk. He quoted me a very reasonable rate to clear the drain (no VAT :) ) & quickly started work on the blockage. He brought out the powerful drain jetting equipment and cleared every blockage, cleaned all the drains and tidied up after himself! A totally professional service. DrainBoss is a professional business that I would recommend to anyone with no hesitation. Thanks DrainBoss!

Brilliant job. If you need a drain company for drain unblocking in Haywards Heath you could do much worse than these guys. I called them out to unblock my company's drain and it turned out there was rubble and all sorts down there. My company is situated in a large office block and we now use DrainBoss to maintain our drains and internal plumbing & urinals. I have found them to be reliable & very reasonably priced compared to other drain companies I have tried.

I had a badly blocked drain which was giving off a smell that is hard to describe. I needed a drain cleaning company fast! I called Drain boss and they came round very quickly and sorted out the issue with no hassles and no hidden charges. I was very pleased.. Thanks DB.
