This is the2nd time I have used Mark, one for new shower fitting and 2nd for new sink and tap fitting. Excellent service turned up on time. Left property clean, wish I could give more the 5 stars.
I called Mark Ross and once again he stepped up to the plate. I’ve used Mark for many years to deal with various plumbing issues. It’s reassuring to know that he is there as I’m disabled and he always attends in a speedy manner. However I had occasion to call him yesterday for help which was truly out of his field. A rivet had broken on my arm brace so my thoughts went to who might be able to help. After calling a couple of friends I wondered if Mark might have a rivet gun. Bingo, two hours later Mark had affected a very workable repair. I am so very grateful as I have no idea how long I’d have been without out it if I’d had to go to the hospital in London that made it. Once again thank you Mark your consideration to your customers and community is a rarity in these modern times. Bravo
