Dean came to service our oil boiler & the service from start to finish was excellent. Answered my initial queries promptly, very punctual, obviously knew his stuff, clean & tidy and friendly to boot. Highly recommend.
Came to service boiler two hours after that I had no hot water phoned and came straight away I was told I had a leak and needed a part and it would take one to one and a half hours to repair. Which he would do and that was that I was left with no hot water very unprofessional service.
Had a leek, came as soon as he had a space, fixed the leek with in half hour, and did not over charge, lovely man highly recommend.
