I'd have given 0 or -1 if that was an option. Ordered a quarter crispy duck and checked with the guy on the phone when I ordered that it was indeed a duck breast on the bone and he pleasantly lied and told me that it was. When I got it home it wasn't. It was paltry 'shredded duck' - no breast meat, mainly skin and tiny slivers of meat. Absolutely pathetic. I phoned them up immediately to complain and the guy lied some more, which I told him. When things got awkward he put a lady on the phone who said I could come back and get what I actually ordered. Thanks guys, can you send it over? No. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD IN RHOS-ON-SEA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If they are lying about the food you CAN see, who knows what's going on in the kitchen with what you can't see...?
