They always say called at 8:00am for a emergency Appointment but thier phone are always “busy” but than they phone will work perfectly fine about 9am.. not happy
I don’t understand how this system works??? It’s ridiculous… if you need an appointment you need to call in the morning… but the phone is forever busy… and by any luck if you get through nobody picks the call… how are we supposed to get a doctor’s appointment like this??? It’s supposed to be an emergency appointment but if we have to keep ringing for hours and we still don’t get an appointment what are the patients going to do…???? So many bad comments and bad reviews.. why isn’t anyone doing anything about it…?????!!!!
I dont know if anyone there for checking on receptionist behaviours and manners? She just want to put phone down and ignore you. They don't listen and keep saying call in tge morning.. And then saying no call after 2 pm. I hope she will get sick and she is going to face same behaviour from her local GP
This is my doctors surgery, since 7/8 yrs it was very good service to patients who needed app, through out the day , now it's 10 times harder to get 1 appointment in weeks if it lucky
Worst ever surgery Whenever call to make appointment have always been told they are fully booked. If by chance they are not booked they give appointment after two weeks. Does people go to see gp's face after two weeks if patient has been suffered? Rude receptionists. Please help the humanity and show loyalty to your profession. Thanks
This Gp can never get a two star, i bet the 1 stars previously given by people is out of no choice as zero star can't be given. I don't think Longsight Medical Practice receptionists understand health and that one's life can be gone in matter of seconds with little or no sign. I visited this forsaken GP for good 1 week just to register with them as i recently changed my address and it's been a nightmare. Everyday a different receptionist gives a different information on required documents to present before registration. Had to limp everyday with the requested details yet somehow they always find a way to turn me away. Wished i read the previous reviews, would have save myself the pains of limping and heartache of rejection. Went to a different GP nearby and the service was sublime ,environment clean and welcoming. Patients BEWARE OF THIS GP, THEY ARE TIME WASTERS.
very bad admin services. I sent to them more than 10 emails to have a registration. Then finally they asked me to re send the application again. Last week they told me that they were working on my file but finally they asked me to resend the application again. By the way, I send my application to the center in August 2020. if there is zero rating, I will choose it.
I wish if I could give them _0.00 because they are useless and radicals recist receptionists they make me ring them always instead booking an appointment for me or my family and still no booking available why no idea. So unpleasant with them I wish if I could find a better gb
I start calling from 8:30am till 9:00 to get appointment since last 4 days. Usually its been busy and only twice in 4 day its been picked up after half an hour continuous try. The receptionist is too rude said there is no appointment. She was forcing me to come and stay in the in front of reception Window. I requested people also getting appointments over the phone and I am trying for the last 4 days but she wasn't helpful, and even 4 days try I am unable to get appointment. Very rude people, bad service and non cooperative staff.
The Doctors are amazing from the retired Mr. Moyo. Dr Khan and the amazing Dr. Ahmad. Too bad one of the girls who desperately needs training at the front desk is being ignored by the secretary and she'd rather kick out long term patients than to resolve issues.
