These guys seemed legit but when I went on a Saturday afternoon around 1230, they were closed with no explanation and didn't answer the phone. Worst thing was I went to another shop 3 minutes away and that shop was 50% cheaper. Dr Mobile asked £50 for an iPhone 6 battery change. So, draw your own conclusions but just be ready for a possible disappointment.
I had fantastic experience when I left my slow and broken laptop at Dr Mobile smithdown rd worked like new he was really knowledgeable and quick to fix it thanks so much Michael jones
traded a sony phone in perfect condition to get my iphone fixed. when i got it back the phone told me it was a fake screen they put on it which causes it to mess up at least once a day as if someone’s tapping it over and over and i have to restart the phone to fix it everytime. when they replaced the screen they must have broke the face id as well because that doesn’t work anymore. not worth taking your broken electronics here they’re really unprofessional. i tried to take it back to them and they wouldn’t do anything and tried to claim that i broke it myself. would’ve been better off just spending £200 on it at apple.
Drmobile Smith down road Great service and very happy! The screen of my iPhone 13 pro was cracked, and I decided to go with this company to get it fixed. The price is better than a lot of other services, and they fix it at in 20 minutes, I’m incredibly happy with the service, they’re very kind and helpful. Would definitely get my phone fixed with them but let’s hope I don’t have to Overall very happy with the price, service, and quality. It looks as good as new

The best mobile repair shop. Always fixes my phone within the hour and at a good price. I had the back of my iphone 11 pro max fixed yesterday then I smashed the front screen today, when I went back in the man felt so sorry for me he gave me a discount on the front screen for my misfortune. Hi this smitdouw Road phone shop very cheap
Took my phone to get the screen fixed, I had been quoted nearly £200 in most places so when the man here said he would fix it for £80 with a part damaged screen but everything would still work perfectly I jumped at the chance as I wasn't too bothered about a little crack as long as it worked OK. Anyway got my phone back and the finger print sensor has been removed along with god knows what else. Most of my apps use the finger print sensor to log in so I've had to reset everything! The phone is also a different colour so don't even know if they have just changed the whole handset altogether or what!!! Absolute shambles!! Would not take any phone here unless you want it stripped of all of the parts!
