Having to discuss personal information to the receptionist in front of many other patients is embarrassing. And the doctors there don't care apart from a couple of them.

No privacy at reception, you discuss everything at reception in front of 30 other patients, forget appointment times you can be waiting hours and DR I saw didn't care about what patients thought.
Good magazines though...hence the 1*
