Poor service staff assume things said she didnt like my hostile tone? I have emphysema and am fed up with the uncaring attitude of certsin receptionist and drs and they told my consultant that i havent attended for a long time... Thsts not cos im well.. Isbecacsuse im so sick and when i attend im made to feel worse about my attitude perhaps people need to realise we may have conditions that cause this.. I hope one day i will be treated with respect and some care. Two days ago i had a bad case of uti dr wouldnt even give a phone appt for antibiotics had to call 111 get to walk in clinic appt.. i was bleeding and peeing myself and just made it otherwise i feel i would have passed out. The staff member called kelly is caring though thank the lord.
You have to call reception, to ask for an appointment, to tell them what's wrong, for the doctor to call you back for a phone interview apparently you can diagnose someone over the phone for the doctor to tell you to come in there and then, which isn't possible if you are at work or work away from your local doctor. Dr Okoi is useless, tries to avoid the problems by not offering you correct treatment which results in frequent phone calls and appointments. He doesn't even write down things on your records. Wait time is anything from 20 minutes to an hour.
Can't get an appointment ever rushed out of the surgery without a proper examination when the doctor calls and decides you can have an appointment would not recommend this place to any one
I will definitely recommend this practice. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They keep doing everything possible to improve their services. Excellent staff and excellent service!
