I absolutely love Dr Aliya Bhat and I apologise for my low rating. If it was for her only she would get a full 5 STARS. However, I have to knock stars off due to the ones on reception. Myself and other patients, find them to be extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. My sister has recently asked for an appointment, as she works full time its very difficult for her to fit things in. She required a repeat prescription of NEEDED medication, which was refused by the receptionist when the Chemist phoned on her behalf, as APPARENTLY she hadn't had a repeat prescription for a month. If the receptionist had checked my sisters file, she would have seen that she get 2 months supply at a time!!!! This is one of many issues ive had with those on reception and it has been a problem with this surgery for many years. Aliya is the ONLY reason we stay patients here!!!
