Dr Brendan P Moran - Drs Kinloch and Moran

Beyond disappointed with this surgery at the moment. They do no follow up, you have to ring yourself about blood results being worrying as they don't bother to tell you. The new system they have in place where you have to ring every morning for phone only appointments is beyond ridiculous - they give you no time so if you are working you could miss the call if your busy in work dealing with customers or calls. They system clearly doesn't work and shows lack of care for there patients and needs. I would like to point out Dr Simmo was great but has been on a extended absence unfortunately since has been off, my care regarding a possible tumour in my head has been really disappointing one staff member even told me to wait and speak to Dr Simmo about the next step, whilst knowing they don't know when she will be back.

Receptionists are so snotty. Struggle to get an answer off the phone never mind a appointment. Doctors are all great but you definitely need some new receptionists or they need to learn some manners.

Can't get an appointment here for the life of me. I have been suffering with a rash all other my body since december and all I ever get told is it's two weeks for an appointment. Plus it's only 9-5 which is a bit unfair on people who work full time and can't get there from town quick enough. Guess I'll suffer till I get a new gp surgery thanks for nothing.

Dedicated doctors have done well by me.

Excellent service and humours company. Recommended.
