It is practically impossible to get an appointment. In fairness, all the other surgeries of the area do the same trick. They ask to phone at 8am or 12pm for an appointment visiting in person to try and see availability is not allowed, and no written notes can be passed to the doctors. When one tries, there is a forever "try tomorrow". Like all the rest of the other NHS surgeries of this God forgotten part of the world, their webpages is misleading. Receptionists are not particularly rude but simply put, there are too many patients and too few doctors. They're using the phone in morning trick as an excuse to limit the number of patients while keeping on registering new ones. The worse part is that no one admit the crisis and effectively leave this area certainly this surgery footprint with a fictitious semblance of medical care. I would say try something else, but they are all the same. If you can afford to go private, you are basically done.
