Took my Ford to be fixed. Explained everything in a clear manner. Knowledge and professional. Discussed different part options and it was a good experience. Plus they have four courtesy cars!! Winner. Will be back. Another visit. Passenger door lock broken and door would not shut. Within 50 minutes of the phone call. I collected a courtesy car.. thank god and door lock fixed within the day. Thank goodness
Darren and the team at DP motors has been absolutely fantastic, so professional right from the start. I bought a car 10 days ago from another county, and the car came up with an engine management light fault. Having tried to get the car in at 5 other garages including two ford garages, I then found DP auto repairs. Darren was understanding from the outset and managed to get me in the same afternoon after a cancellation, in which he diagnosed the fault, sought a part to repair the car and fixed it the sane afternoon. He gave me advice on how the try and recover the costs from the garage where I purchased the car, and even asked to keep him informed of how this went, and if I needed anything just to contact him. In all the years I have been driving, I have never had such good customer service from a garage, and if I could give more stars I would. All future needs for my ford I will be going back to DP auto's for sure as their customer service is second to none. Thank you Darren.
D P Auto Repairs were recommended to me after having endless issues with my Ford Ranger that other garages attempted repairs and did nothing more than make them worse. Darren diagnosed & sorted my issues without fuss, costing me a fraction of the cost I was quoted at another garage to carry out work that wasn't even required. Darren is very skilled & genuine. After having numerous garages attempting to fix my car and a wetbelt gone wrong I went to these guys due to being referred. The first thing they actually done correct was to listen to the issues I’d been having! Most garages don’t listen and therefore don’t have the additional information to aid them. They refitted my wetbelt correctly and told me other works that are required. I will probably use this garage for all future works and can highly recommend them. The young lad Jake is a credit to the company with his service and attention to detail. I have some further bits to do but all being well I will be recommending these guys to everyone with a Ford.
Have used this garage for over two years now. They completed the servicing, mots, and repairs over this time for my car and have always been up front and honest. My car recently experienced an issue which priced it out of being justifiable for repair and they talked options through and dealt with the situation with compassion. Potential prices were explained and made clear. They encouraged me to think things over and enabled the solution when decided upon. It was refreshing to see. Thanks to Darren and the team!

I can't praise these guys enough. Darren has built up a great team, with a great work ethic, delivering quality service. I explained over the phone my car symptoms - straight away he told me to bring the car over and, despite an already heavy workload, they managed to do a pretty major repair to my car within 24 hours. It feels like a new car! I've always had my Ford Fiesta serviced and repaired by main dealers until today. They now have me as a life long customer. Well done guys! Fabulous job!
Fabulous job and extremely honest! We were quoted just over £1k for a cam belt replacement on our Ford CMax. When we collected we were told it was just under £600 due to the model of our car. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great workmanship. Highly recommend. Thank you.
Top service from jake , phoned up to get mileage transfered back onto dash of from the from the tacho and speed restriction removed .was all done within the hour .
