Ordered via hungry house. Food didn't come and when I called someone answered the phone and put it down on the counter without saying a word. After waiting a minute or so I called back. They were engaged from then on. Food didn't come. Hungry house were useless at sorting the problem out. Total joke. And this was at 1pm, so it's not like they would have been snowed under. Rude and hopeless.

Nice friendly staff and usually quick delivery, I know they can get busy at times when I’ve ordered. Nice Chinese.

The food came over 1 hour late. The restaurant had a driver issue but that is their problem, they have to call the customer and tell them so the customer can decide whether or not to wait. Once I spoke to the restaurant they sounded very unbothered. They did give me £5 off but thats because I spoke to just eat as well. The food was OK. Chicken and black bean was good. Special fried rice and chicken kungpo was OK. Its a shame because I ate here about 18 months ago and it was great, this time it was a very bad experience.

despite the scary reviews i stupidly decided to try it myself. i ordered off hungry house food came in ok timing. special friend rice had an awful smell and after taste , ribs were under cooked and had frozen pieces on it?? , prawn crackers were so thin and greasy. this is the worst meal of my life i threw it all in the bin after one mouth ful waste of £16!
