We at Downshire Presbyterian Church aim to provide opportunities for community, fellowship and friendship for everyone with Jesus as our foundation.
Church Services
Morning Service at 10.30am
Our morning service is catered for all the family. During our morning service we offer the following programmes:
Creche for infants and toddlers in the Clements Room.
Sunday School for children aged 3 to 6.
Kids Club for children aged 7 to 11 (kids leave during the service) in the Carlisle Hall.
We have a family service on the last Sunday of each month when all the kids can stay throughout the service. Tea, coffee and juice are served afterwards.
Evening Service at 7.00pm
Our evening service is currently held in The Clements Room and is a more informal time of worship, prayer and teaching.
For the next 4 years, we want our congregation to be living under the mandate set forth in Matthew 22:37-39, 1 John 3:18 and James 1:22 namely:
LOVE GOD, LOVE OTHERS: IN TRUTH AND ACTION!
