Some very common conditions in Dover: No wifi, no hot water, access cards often fail. DO NOT book this accommodation, you pay more expensive fees than other, and it's no different from living on the street. WOREST apartment
Do not recommend this accommodations. You would get way better places to stay at cheaper price compared to dover court £150 per week which is way too much for the facility and room they provide . Facing regular issues with HOT water and Reception isn’t responding regularly . Seems like they do not care about the students who pay such a high price to stay in this below average place . Takes days to get things done Very disappointed in university accommodations.

I am staying here and I definitely wouldn't recommend this accommodation. I don't believe enough effort is made to resolve the issues here, considering the high price compared to other places

!!AVOID FROM THIS RESIDENCE!! It's too much expensive in comparison with other student accommodation while doesn't have any specific facilities and very simple rooms. They are pretty irresponsible and unsupportive about international students. I didn't have hot water a week and the radiator didn't work for two weeks in January and they didn't care about this issue.
Very good quality rooms, but a bit on the pricier side. Nice staff on reception, constantly clean, and there's even a vending machine downstairs.
Well-managed, friendly 24hr reception, shared areas cleaned every day, though the soundproofing sucks, some rooms are smaller than others, and the ceiling is quite low I can reach it while standing.
Good place, quiet, great staff but a little expensive for a student on very limited resources.
