I placed my order on line just before the deadline for deliver the same day. I trusted the owner as I couldn't make it to the shop. My bouquet was for my favourite comedian of all time, I would have liked to have seen them myself, after Ken's funeral I did ponder whether to go up to the house to view all the floral tributes, but didn't think it was quite appropriate on that day. But low and behold my message was shown on national TV, I was thrilled. So thank you for that. I will be sending another bouquet in about two weeks, Would recommend

This is the second time we have used Dovedale florist and I would not use anyone else. We are ordering from the U.S and Paula has always been very helpful and the customer service is outstanding. They delivered my father some flowers and I was unaware that he was away for the weekend. Paula contacted me right away to let me know the issue and was gracious enough to deliver an order two days later. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful. Excellent business.

The flowers are beautiful and they did cheer up my friends in Liverpool . Never thought that it is so efficient even the order was from Hong Kong . I certainly will use your service again

I live in Australia and this year I missed UK Mothers Day (they are not on the same day as Aus) Having realised that on the Sunday night (Aus time) I googled florists local to my mums house...Dovedale made up the bouquet and delivered them on the Monday and my mum was very pleased....she said they were a big bouquet and very pretty. Saved the day! will use them again - I usually use M&S but delivery would not have been so quick. Thank guys!

Awesome experience, online (very easy) and an excellent selection ... flowers that I chose were gorgeous and beautifully presented and delivered bang on time. I will be using Paula again without a doubt! Highly recommeded
