I have been visiting this restaurant for years and the food is never disappointing. Elaine the manageress is always a good host and makes you feel very welcome. We have taken visitors and they are never dissatisfied.

Party of 17 took 3 hours for the entire dinner service to end as there was a large amount of waiting time between each course. Food was brilliantly cooked and presented however the shared vegetables for the table was not enough and we had to ask for more three times as the dishes given did not have sufficient amount tlof portions for the entire table. For the price paid I was very disappointed that our party left still quite hungry and we are not exactly gluttons. The table did not have a head waitress or waiter who was introduced to us so we did not know who to call to if a problem arose. However the staff were all very polite and catered for special needs when asked to. The building and grounds are absolutely fabulous.

Beautifully presented quality food and range of beverages supported by excellent personal service! Love the refurbishment and the first class cocktail bar. Clever cheese menu - great idea. Thank you to ALL the staff for making visits so special.
