We had an overnight stay as a family, and had a family room huge king bed, plus a single sofabed and breakfast.nFirstly, the room was a decent size. We didn't have loads of luggage but we did some shopping and still had space. It was super cold when we arrived - air conditioning working too well! - and housekeeping sorted some extra blankets very quickly, which was great. Didn't try the shower - we went to the local baths instead - but everything seemed good. The beds were lovely and comfortable, even the sofa bed!nReception was helpful and friendly. Matteo at breakfast was a great personality - a warm welcome, brisk and entertaining guide to breakfast, and makes the place feel extra special!nParking isn't reserved, there's a public car park literally under the hotel but it was full when we arrived rugby match on nearby so we parked on the street for a couple of hours use the MiPermit app to pay, then moved to the car park.nLocation is fantastic. Minutes walk to the town centre, supermarket on your doorstep, ten minutes to the famous Roman baths.nA great stay and decent value for Bath.
We had a great stay at the DoubleTree in Bath. Our king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the river view from our room was beautiful. Kay was very welcoming during check-in, and the cookies were a delicious touch! Tom at the bar/reception was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Liv was very sweet when we checked out, ending our stay on a lovely note. Breakfast was nice as well.nWe would happily stay here again!
We had a lovely stay here at the DoubleTree. The room was fabulous with great views and one of the best presented breakfasts we've had in the UK at a DoubleTree. Hassan, Max and Liv were exceptionally helpful and friendly on the front desk. The hotel is in a great position for sightseeing and shopping!
Wonderful stay at this Doubletree. It is very conveniently located near bath city center, the rooms are very clean and spacious and breakfast buffet is very well assorted.nnThe only downside is that Heat didn’t work in the room 317, so they offered to provide us with radiators.
We had a lovely 4 night stay here and we felt at home right from the start. Nice spacious room clean and well maintained. The bed and the sofa bed were both very comfortable. We had a lovely view of pultney river. Nothing was too much for any of the staff. Matteo at breakfast is a great asset to the hotel. He is so welcoming and nothing is too much for him.
