One of the best breakfasts I have had. We were in London for 2 nights and visited Double J's on both mornings. We tried the American breakfast one day and then the French toast the next. Both were REALLY good. Just be aware it can get quite busy and you may have to queue is you arrive too late.Food: 5/5
We came for brunch. No wait initially but there was a line out the door after we sat down. The place is very trendy, great service. We ordered the vegetarian plate, Mediterranean plate, pancakes, and eggs benedict. All of the food was delicious. Would recommend!Food: 5/5
Massive portions, great value, great service and fast to boot! If you want classic British breakfast food after a big night or you’re just hungry / this is the place! We had the classic breakfast and the Mediterranean plate and our eyes were bigger than our stomachs! So delish - friendly vibes, deserves all the kudos it gets!Food: 5/5
Monday morning visit for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast and swapped the cherry tomatos for chips. Also got an oat milk latte. Food was amazing, I didn't finish it but so you definitely get your moneys worth. Would highly recommend and would go back again.Food: 5/5
Have been coming here for lunch with colleagues after recently discovering the place. The food is fantastic, generous portions especially when ordering the kebab dishes. Lots to choose from on the menu - sweet and savoury. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The place is clean and well located being close to bus routes and tube stations. More seating is available upstairs and can get quite busy during lunch hours. Come a bit later and you’ll have the place to yourself.
Speedy, hearty breakfast served here. They open at 8am, which was perfect since we wanted to have an early start! The portions were quick large, the French toast was really yummy, food arrived really quickly and the service was friendly. Cosy little set up!Food: 5/5
I have been coming here for 4 years and I will keep counting Double J’s is 10 out 10 The staff is amazing very welcoming , caring and with good vibes. The service is sharp, efficient and if you have one hour for lunch or you finishing a night shift and you fancy a nice breakfast this is definitely the place to eat. The foooooood Is amazing nice portions and a presentation that just by looking at it you already eating The atmosphere is really nice and cozy. It was before but after the new decoration it gave a boost of good vibes and you can see that it was done with attention to detail and cozy in mind. Suitable for kids as well and you seat inside and outside. Double J’s team thank you for feeding me for the last 4 years and I will come back for more Vegetarian options: From wraps to salads, pasta, vegetarian cooked breakfast and the best PANCAKES Dietary restrictions: When you order let them know if you have any allergies or if there are specific foods you do not eat.
Double J's Cafe is definitely the best cafe in London. Not only are the dishes beautifully presented, but they are also delicious. I've never had a more complete brunch than here. The place is cozy and clean, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place 100%.Food: 5/5
This cafe is not far from Warren street station probably just 3 mins walk, but alone the way there is nothing to be seen so you might think you’re on the wrong way but you’re not as you need to walk alone the Main Street. Been here before, this time trying the new menu mixed grill. The tropical crush is nice, especially in such hot weather it’s nice to add a bit of ice. Ice Latte was ok. The mixed grill is quite a large plate, it’s a pity the lamb is a bit burnt on the surface. But the chicken and other lamb was really nice. My wife had a vegan breakfast but was able to change pancake to French toast, she found it really good as well. Small points taken due to the lamb but hopefully it’s just because it’s new and overall I think this restaurant is still great and will definitely go back again.
Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!! Went for breakfast two days in a row. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed. The staff are friendly professional and accommodating. Now for the food! Fresh vibrant, great variety to choose from, you will not leave hungry or disappointed. Great atmosphere!! We will definitely return when in London again!
