A class service for any Prestige Vehicle  I wanted to leave a review as this is the second time, I have used this company for rectification work.  They are an outstanding company with exceptional eye for detail. You can be assured they will repair your vehicle to the highest standard. Following an incident with a deer my approved Insurance repairer decided that I would have to wait 2 months until my car would be even looked at by their authorised repairer.  Luckily my local Mercedes dealer in Shrewsbury recommended Doseley Motors as they have all body repairs done here.  They came to the rescue and I am back on the road a month before my car was even due to be looked at.  The quality of the work was superb along with their attention to detail. Can't fault this place at all. Friendly and helpful staff who took care of my car. Only went for a wheel alignment but as my car is lowered I'd been unable to get it done at two other garages. I couldn't fault this garage and couldn't recommend them enough. They epitomise good customer care and professionalism and helpfulness. Based on the videos they took during the job; l don't think  they could have been more thorough in identifying and rectifying the problem with my car. My car is a Jaguar F-Pace that had suddenly started leaking water into the footwell. They showed me videos of the copious amounts of water they got out of the car floor; the sheer amount of work involved! And all this whilst being sensitive of my requested repair time scale. I have waited a couple of weeks to ensure problem was sorted as per their description and l couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you so much, Loki and team. I was recommended by a friend, i had not heard of them before, but  from the first phone call i found them very professional ,and everyone i dealt with was Courteous and helpful,  i dropped my car off Tuesday morning,  i was told it would be ready friday, i said i couldn't pick up that day so they made sure it was ready Thursday  they did a fantastic job, it was spotlessly clean and it came in under the quote , i wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone,well done i would give more than 5 stars if i could.Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

I don't often write reviews. But given the exceptional experience that I've had with Doseley Motors, I can't help but be compelled in doing so. I was unlucky to be involved in an accident where a sprinter van had rear-ended my Audi Q7 leaving it in a right mess. The timing couldn't be possibly worse either, coming just before a weekend full of planned / paid for activities. Thankfully Irshad and the team came to the rescue. All it took was 30mins after dropping my vehicle to be assessed and they've managed to put me through a claims management company, sorted out emergency transport, organise temporary car hire and talked me through the whole process, completely putting me and my family's mind at ease. You simply cannot find this level of service excellence anywhere! It took approximately 4.5 weeks for the repair to be completed owing to part availability and once I had the car back, I simply cannot fault any of the repair work. And that's saying something given my levels of OCD. In fact in some areas, it looks like the repair work was even BETTER than the original Audi factory work! Plus they touched up some paint chips which I didn't even mention to them. Honestly, what other superlatives in the dictionary can I even use at this point? I can only offer my deepest and sincerest gratitude for what Irshad and the team has done. Thank you all so much, it has truly been an utmost pleasure to have dealt with you.
