I used Dorset soils and aggregates last week for a Grabaway waste disposal job. Darren arrived in their sixteen wheeler and loaded 15 ton of soil and rubble. He was polite, friendly, skilled and careful. What more can you ask? Really impressed with their overall service and would highly recommend them!

Bought a bag of 1 tonne stone from this company. They reversed down my drive and crashed into a massive gate bending the post out of shape. The driver left no note. We phoned him that night and he wasn't interested asking how much to put it right? Just his lorry to pull the gate post into position and a bag of post mix cement and an hours time! He said he would phone the next day. He didn't. We emailed, he emailed a very rude reply and told us not to contact him again! We did but his responses got ruder! He was rude on the phone and rude in emails. His last email said, I am confident you cannot prove 100% it was my lorry that did the damage so don't contact me again.Customer service at it's worst! Would suggest you steer clear of this company if you want your property in 1 piece. The police weren't interested saying it was a civil matter! He obviously knew this so wasn't prepared to bother. My husband fixed the post himself but it wasn't his job! I will tell as many people as possible so they do not have the same problem
