Lovely hotel,  kind  and helpful staff.nService from all staff during breakfast was excellent. They couldn't do enough for the hotel guests .

Delayed review...date of stay: August 2023.  Charming classic hotel with character in the heart of Ballyshannon.  Beautiful traditional interior décor in lobby, bar, and rooms with interior framed in wood throughout. Rooms are large and clean. The full Irish breakfast included with the room charge was great.  Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. I would stay here again.

Was at meal following a funeral excellent dinner and desserts. Lovely relaxing atmosphere

Visited this hotel every time I have come to Ballyshannon. Homely atmosphere. Great staff.

Lovely traditional hotel. Great location to explore town by foot. Rooms were clean but beds/mattresses could use an update. We were unable to access the WiFi our entire stay. Owners were lovely and restaurant breakfast was a nice touch.
