Brilliant service yesterday from a lady I spoke to. Was after a pair of shoes that it said they had in stock on the website I know this usually not that accurate but i called anyway, the lady I spoke to searched to see if another store near me had them she then called them and called me back again as I was at work. Picked them up last night. Thanks so much x

Rude staff , cluttered mess , manager has the ultimate attitude problem and hates anyone that is a small size - she should stick to working in Evans
