Excellent Service - The staff in this store are extremely helpful and pleasant. It is obvious that the Manageress of this store, Tracy, trains the staff well and is always on hand to offer help to them where and when needed. There is always a good choice of clothing available, the shop is clean, tidy, and well laid out. You are always spoken to by the whole team whilst browsing and they all offer a warm and happy welcome when you visit and therefore it makes you feel valued as a customer :-
Regularly shop here even tho its not my local store. Apart from one random unhelpful staff member that I believe is no longer there! Every staff member has been great. Always friendly and helpful and has a genuine chat whilst you're in there. If things aren't available, the staff are always ready to help , find alternatives, order in for you etc. Cant fault the service , which is unusual for a clothing store. Will continue to shop in daventry :
Hi I’m been in a bit of a pickle as for buying a dress for a wedding.. I have accidentally sent back my invoice only with first dress. I also brought shoes and bag to match.As us women do we like to coordinate with colour. I did order bigger size dress?It was too big no good for me. I have email the company DP online,explaining what I have done...As I need a refund for shoes and bag.Been bit stressful as one can imagine there’s not many stores now on the High Streets..? As it’s getting very difficult to return items now when buying online...Today after long day in work, I came home and decided to call a shop.So I get good advice on the phone. I phoned two other stores in Northampton.No one answer the phone, until last chance as time getting late now.Well I was talking to the Manager Called Tracey in Store.Tracey was very very nice and lovely to talk to about my situation. I was advised that the store in Daventry would take back my goods.Plus store in Weston Favell would also take my goods back.Brilliant as I can’t afford to loose money.Plus there still wrapped up as delivered to me. I would definitely recommend Tracey should get a pay raise.As Tracey is definitely a asset in her job role.Very happy customer service and helpful plus lots of experience with customers..Thank you Tracey you made my day...Anna
Very impressed with variety of good quality clothes at a very reasonable prices. They have some good sales on. Staff helpful and pleasant. Small shop but very well stocked.
Went to dp in daventry this week and was greeted by a lovely young lady , very professional and polite she told me she was there if I needed any help but not intrusive, glad she was there as she helped me pick an outfit for an occasion I was attending and it was fabulous , I asked her name and it was heather , so many thanks heather I will be in Again soon probably for more help x
Well its a small dorthy perkins store and not alot to expect For quiq work outfits its helpful and useful but fidnt find any good quality dresses or alot of variety in clothing Remember tat daventry is a small town but the companies around it have a huge demand and dorthy perkins should consider expanding more in that area
Tracy & the girls are always so friendly & helpful , one of the nicer places to shop in Daventry. Thanks ladies!
Staff more interested in chatting with friends than serving, store at time of visit disgustingly dirty, looked like not been cleaned in weeks
