This station is currently receiving an update... new shelters, CCTV, new bike racks and new ticket machines. The steps to the platforms may prove tricky for the less mobile and inaccessible for disabled individuals. Also tricky if you're carrying a bike with racks & bags. It would be lovely if there was a lift or ramp.

95% of the time the ticket machine doesn't work so either plan enough time to buy your tickets from Dorking Main or expect there to be a guard on the train, but good luck with that.

Not a particularly nice place to be, a bit run down. Plenty of litter, there is a very small seating area with shelter from the rain. Up a lot of stairs, ticket machine on the ground, which is fairly easy to use but often has long queues. Completely unmanned just a platform.

Out of the way but a good station. The steps are a pain though

Access is via stairs. Station is unmanned. One ticket machine outside. Long queues at this machine sometimes. The electronic displays for trains are not reliable.
