Highly recommend. I use Doris because their flower lasts so much longer than anywhere else. I knew I would be using them to do my wedding flowers. Mike and Julie did my flowers and took my order, they made everything so easy. I gave them a theme and left it up to the preoffesionals, I was so glad that I did. It looked even more magical in real life, the details they added really made a statement. They did my bride bouquet, button holes, bridesmaids bouquet, flower girl headdress, flower girl bouquet, table arrangements, dining table arrangements, top table arrangement and other decorative items. I have had so mamy compliments and haven't seen anything that got desingend for me online anywhere else, completely custom made/ unique Thank you so much Mike, and evryone at Doris. Flowers done for my 26 year old grandson Ryan were excellent and far more reasonable than I expected! Excellent friendly service would recommend. Can’t thank you enough!
ordered online called shop to find out when order would be despatched and she was so lovely ordered a spray for a greek funeral haven't seen flowers yet but im sure they will be wonderfull and better yet the flower spray was so beautiful and they where so helpful to change colours will recommend you to everyone i know
These flowers are incredible. Must have been very fresh when I bought, as after 5 days they are still going strong, like they’re on steroids! Really good value for money and helpful staff. Would definitely go back in the future.
Absolutely save me on Easter Sunday when I needed fresh flowers for my residents after the previous ones died really quickly. Lovely florist was on hand to help.
Ordered flowers for a funeral from Doris, absolutely beautiful, would highly recommend.
Gemma and Mike helped me with my wedding flowers and were so kind and helpful. Mike showed me how to do my wedding bouquet and was a real sweetheart. Flowers were lovely and looked pretty on the day. The only issue that confused me was they close earlier at 5pm not 7pm as it says online.
Customer service let's this company down. They could have been more warm. I believe it's not what you say but how you say it! I felt as if I had inconvenienced the staff. One member was particularly short on the phone. However the flowers were great. If I had to arrange funeral flowers again or any other I would choose another florist or do it online
Terrible service for average flowers! I ordered flowers & chocolates as an add on to be delivered to my girlfriend - who works over the road in the hospital - as a Valentine's Day surprise. Location was key. They arrived at 4.30pm, not long before she left & without chocolates. I was hoping that she would receive them at around lunch time, given the close proximity. The surprise was ruined since I had to ask her if anything had arrived when it got to 4pm. This was forgivable I understand V Day is a busy day but no chocolates was disappointing. I emailed my frustrations & asked for a refund for the chocolates, & they didn't even bother to reply. I'd give negative stars if I could. Get your flowers elsewhere & don't support bad customer service!!
Plus stars if we could. Doris florist did our wedding flowers for us and they was amazing. The staff was brilliant and went above and beyond to make my dream come true. With what I wanted I don't think we'll I know no other florist would have done it but they did and flowers was better then in my dreams. The detail of them was outstanding and quality was fantastic. When my flowers arrived i was so happy i cried but such very happy tears. The team here are just amazing and I cannot thank you all enough for everything you did and making our day even more special than we could have asked for.
