Helpful staff and great place to buy beds!
Truly pleasant buying experience. Shoutout to Taylor for being so patient and helpful throughout the whole buying process. She was not pushy at all and offered good advice. Prices are reasonable and there are good value for money options, the best ones possibly being Dreams own brand. There is ample parking onsite.
Had a really easy experience due to Faz. She was very knowledgeable, came across very well and provided everything I needed to make my purchase. Offered us drinks, directed me to the right types of mattresses and went above and beyond. Thanks Faz!
Danny the sales assistant greeted us, was very helpful, supplied us with a drink, gave us a pillow when trying different mattresses, told us about the sleep match, was polite and very thoughtful.
So poor ! Terrible service after my daughter and her boyfriend travelled for 2 +hours from Nottingham ti have a relaxing stay for his birthday. They were turned away at 11pm by the security guard why would not let them check in as my daughter is 20 years and 2 months old , her boyfriend is 21 . She works as cabin crew and has stayed in hotels all over the world but this ridiculous place woukd not let her stay due to being an adult at age 20 . The. to add insult to injury won’t refund her for the 2 nights that she booked . Avoid avoid , or you may get turfed out and be without accommodation at an unearthly hours .

Product quality= 0/5 as I haven't received it yet. Customer service= 1/5 because they didn't deliver my bed and mattresss when promised and then gave a silly excuse as to why it couldn't be delivered. However they get one star because the girl on the phone when i called was very helpful. So she's gets the only star I am willing to give. Online service= 0/5 the web chat is a robot that doesn't give you any useful information and doesn't work properly. Your IT department need to look into making your website function better guys. Overall you get 1 out of 5 mainly because of the poor customer service/ communication.
I ordered my ottoman storage bed online in early May, as I was moving house later that month. I was told the bed would be available around early July, so I prepared to sleep on the sofa for 6 weeks. Mid-June I was told the bed wouldn't arrive until late September , possibly later- at this point I had already been on the sofa for a month and didn't want to sleep there for another 3 + months, so I decided to cancel the order. I was annoyed but thankfully found a similar bed from another company that was delivered within 3 weeks. Not a great service from Dreams, but they did at least refund my purchase fairly quickly which is why I'm giving 3 stars and not one.
