Our first visit to a CL site and we were not disappointed. Very welcoming host. Facilities on each pitch are = own water tap, grey water drainage, EHU. TV reception is 100% ok, WiFi if you want it. Some road noise from A689, but who cares, we slept like logs here. Fresh farm eggs from the site owner. Ideally placed to visit Durham via Howlands Park & Ride. A visit to Bolams in Sedgefield is a must, you'll be amazed. Recommend this site to others.

Really peaceful with great proprietors, missing a toilet block though. Animals are an integral part of this site.
