Tried to ring service dept. All you do is get through to a central call centre. 1 time was told nobody there they are on tea, the next day was told they were on lunch. Took my name, number, reg number etc etc still no call back. If ringing to enquire about a simple service is this convuluted, I just went elsewhere for my work.
Left my vehicle With Donnelly brothers to get a Service an easy fix Turns out they have my vehicle for over 6 weeks Have been up there 4 times to get my vehicle was still not right Every time has different problem Of course all fixed under warrant some 6 weeks later im being told they don't have Estimated arrival times for my part One day I was driving down the road only to see my Vehicle passing me I then rang Was told had they had To get a good run to make sure other problems aren't their Find this whole experience A complete nightmare very poor ,Service, Was even told that There has been done a complimentary health check under warranty But when I arrive vehicle is still not fixed 4 times My advice to anyone thinking of using Donnelly servicing Take it to your local garage Vehicle has only 20k miles Never anyone's fault Was told Ill get complimentary 20 pound fuel Only to Pick the Van up With less fuel than I give to them plus more faults returned Immediately Within minutes POOR POOR POOR service i having even told you about the dent they put in my van then fixed i could be here all day WORKERS USING MY VAN TO GET TO AND FROM WORK TO BE TOLD THERE TESTING IT How big companies can do this and get away with it Is beyond ME POOR POOR QUALITY POOR POOR SERVICE Wonder how there going to deal with my extended warranty Should be interesting watch the space ,I don't usually do these things but totally Frustrated as Result of this poor poor poor service
Receptionist a van center very helpful and professional .went for two hour service got out in 3 and ahalf .not exceptible couldnt wait for wash

Just bought a car here ask for Peter real gentleman
The sale's side of things and sales manager second to none. But the service Team are an absolute disgrace they sent a vehicle which was meant to have 112 point multi check it came back with no oil no coolant no windscreen washer fluid so another words no one had carried out one check on that vehicle. Instead of Mr Chris steel the so-called service manager phoning and apologising he sent the sales manager to mop up his dirty work. Don't hesitate to buy a car here but certainly don't get it serviced here as I'm sure I certainly will never have it in Dungannon workshop
