Stephen does a fantastic job and made the entire journey from start to finish a dream. Had the pleasure of renting my first home through Stephen at Tom Henry & Co. He made the process both pleasurable and painless. Nothing was ever a problem. Emails and phone calls to Stephen and Rebecca were extremely prompt and well handled. Would seek to use them in the future.

Recently sold our house with Tom Henry, Stephen was great, organised everything around us and nothing was a problem, always on the end of the phone and kept us up-to-date throughout! we also had a major issue with the solicitors a few days before completing and I honestly don't know what would have happened with out Stephens input to get the sale over the line! Wouldn't use anyone else  Thanks again!

Rebecca sold our property recently.  She was very professional,  although the sale was a little complicated Rebecca and team were successful in sealing the deal.  Would highly recommend.

Stephen Henry made the entire process pain free and incredibly easy. He was a gentleman to deal with and explained everything in great detail. His communication was brilliant to, any issue i had was fixed within 24hrs. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.

I have been renting from this company for a few years now - mainly dealing with Stephen Henry - but have spoke with Tom Henry himself. Both of which are complete gentlemen.  Prompt replies to emails - so quick i often think it is an auto repsonder. Issues sorted within 24 hours. VERY helpful. Made the process of renting our first house completely painless.  I honestly couldn't recommend them more.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen at Tom Henry & Co, the service was outstanding from start to finish.  Communication and friendliness throughout the whole process was outstanding.  By far the best estate agents I've used. Keep up the excellent work guys.

If i could give no stars to this business then i would.  It may well be that Mr Henry senior has been in the property game too long. Only recent complacency or great fortune would allow such an arrogant and rude man to continue operating as an estate agent. He is very rude and arrogant on the phone. It seems he has no care for buyers or sellers, telling me in one phone call conversation "i couldn't care less who gets the house" Shouldn't Mr Henry be be pulling out all the stops though to get the best prices for his clients property? Isn't that his job? Never returns an email and only seems to do business over the phone despite requests for emails - for record keeping purposes.  If you are looking for a property and you see the Tom Henry estate agents sign, avoid and take your hard earned money elsewhere. Same goes for sellers of property - I have seen first hand that Mr Henry offers exceptionally poor customer service and isn't willing to work to get the best price for you or your property. An exceptionally poor estate agent.
