I bought a silver bracelet and wanted a Tree of Life pendant attached, because I could not find just what I wanted in store, the assistant suggested I buy a silver bracelet I liked and the pick a pendant and they would attach it to the bracelet, saying this would be a one off and different. So I did just that collected it in a weeks time, it's turned out lovely I am very pleased with it. My problem is I was not given a receipt for it which I did not think about it till I got home. I will be contacting them and hope they will send me one via post, as I do not live in Falkirk. Other than that I love the service I got and love the bracelet I bought which I was told was solid silver. G got home. I feel I should have been given one when I collected it.i am going to contact them and hope they will send me one in the post, as I do not live in Falkirk.
Very professional service. I took an old watch in to be serviced and the price was very fair. They even did a free valuation of the watch afterwards. It came with a warranty too. Sadly the watch broke a few weeks after the service unrelated issue however I too it back and they fixed it free of charge and without any hassle whatsoever. I would highly recommended them.
Love, love, love this Jewellers. Have bought many beautiful pieces of jewellery here, Diamonds after all are a girls best friend. Excellent service always.
