Exceptional service from store manager Luke Mccreath when purchasing a wedding band for my fiancé. He was personable and made our experience very enjoyable. With his wealth of knowledge, Luke talked us through various options and even took the time to show us other statement jewellery pieces that came up in conversation. There was no rushing and we really felt valued as customers. I have visited a few times previously and have always had a lovely experience with all staff members here. 5/5 and will continue trusting and purchasing through the Falkirk branch due to the excellence and professionalism of Luke and his team.
Got my first armani watch out here a few years back staff ordered it in & kept it until I wanted to take it home, friendly as always and very welcoming to the shop
