Used to be my favourite local takeaway for years, but after finding a human nail in my food that definitely wasn't my own I doubt I'll be going back. Should be wearing gloves so this doesn't happen
I find that there quick on orders the price is good for the quality of the food this is only pizza place I order from service is good friendly staff Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp at entrance easy getting in and out
Tastes good. When they get the order right. I've been ordering from this pizzeria for years now and whenever I order theres allmost allways something wrong in the order, theres only been a few times when everything was completely correct. For example, I once ordered a seafood pizza, fanta and chips. I asked for fanta, I recieved an orange tengo, I didnt really care much as it was basically the same drink. Next, I specifically said that I wanted pink salt which I know they have on my chips, the chips had no salt whatsoever, not even normal salt, just none. My seafood pizza, I said I wanted extra PRAWNS they put a bunch of tuna on there..... If they didnt havethe extra PRAWNS they could have just given me a normal seafood pizza and I would have been fine with it. But instead they added a LOT of tuna, which made the whole pizza way too salty. I had to take of the excess tuna to eat my pizza. If you order from here expect that something in your order will be incorrect. I would be fine with one mistake, but three? Seriously? The people are friendly though and the food tastes good, so it is a nice place apart from when they get the order wrong.
Pizza was over cooked and the donnermeat was luke warm we ordered 2 cans of pop and only one arrived when phoned asking about it was told on way but never arrived rip.off never order from there again wouldn't recommend
Found the chips greasy & the kebab was dripping grease too. One of the kids wanted a plain pitta donner no salad or sauce & gave the meat to the dog, who only ate half. The meat had spice on it... It was very disappointing
Orderd food and it took an hour and half to arrive only for the driver to have gone to wrong house n then ring me up shouting where are you your not in to which i replied im sat here waiting youve never been to my house!! He then said he was dilivering to other people n he will be back. 5 past 4 i orderd and 20 to 6 it arrived stone cold £20.80 for it all to be binned i will never ever spend my money here again absolute disgrace!!!
2 hour delivery time after being told 50 mins.Not too bothered about the wait but for the food to be cold having to warm it in the oven disgusting. Rang to complain and he couldn't care less never again.Anyone recommend a decent pizza place.
Chicken wrap deal is great with a great price £3.90. Ordered 3 of those, 2 for other people. Fantastic.
I've only just started going to Don Mario the only thing that's good is the pizza and chicken kebabs. The donner meat is thick as rubber the burgers are like charcoal the buns are burnt. I orderd last night 1/6/17 at 10:11pm as usually they say 45-50 minutes well last night it was 1 hour 30 minutes so I rung them at 11:10pm which at that point it was already 10 minute late they said it will be with you in 5-6 minutes which would of been 11:15pm which again wasn't here with 5 minutes it was a further 30 minutes so by the time we got our food it was 11:40pm. And the driver rushed down the street jump out his car so clearly they couldn't be bothered to make my food because the food was to hot to be 1 hour 30 minutes late so they only just made it for how hot it was otherwise if it was due to actually been late and only getting it nearly 2 hours later it would of been nearly cold. And ones the driver got here he said there's some freebies so just on that on It's own suggests they just couldn't be bothered to make my food otherwise the freebies wouldn't be in with the order to begin with. It's the first time this as happened but ones is enough. Good buy Don Mario.
