Just the worst. Poor quality products and the company will end up causing you a major headache. Sent me a cabinet with parts missing then sent another one for me to take the parts out of that one then return it. Ended up having to return both. Arranged collection 4 times, had to stay at home with 2 massive parcels taking all the space in my home with a baby and nobody is coming to collect it. Please at least give me my money back and let me put that rubbish in the bin!
Kafka's worst nightmare brought to life. Ordered a product from Vonhaus. Delivery was supposed to be carried out by Evri. The courier failed to deliver it twice despite me working from home. Attempted to contact Evri, no contact number. Attempted to contact Vonhaus, no contact number or actual person to help. Attempted to contact DOMU and their number has an automated message. At no point have I been able to speak to an actual representative from any company. I'm beginning to wonder if I am in fact real? If automated customer service like yours is how businesses plan to work, put me in a time machine and send me back to dark ages.
Purchased the 4.5 ltr Humidifier approx 12 months ago. Filled in up a few days ago and it just stopped working. E-mailed the company on Wednesday 16th November received a very positive response with 24 hours and new humidifier delivered Monday 21st.
First time using this Company, never again, Appalling customer service, no Empathy or accountability, would have given zero stars if we're able to do so. Wish I'd have read the reviews first, lesson learnt Avoid purchasing from this Company.
Don’t Use this company, item received faulty, replacement received faulty, I’ve been told to keep the three legged chest and they will give me a 25% discount on my next order, the customer service is slow. It’s really not a great experience.
Ordered a fondue set from them, I had to return it as it wasn't the right one. They charged me over £17 to return it. I will never be using them again and I am reporting them under the Trade Descriptions Act
Parasol Base was delivered late but sometimes this happens. Using the tools supplied I fixed the base to the upright but my wife noted it wasn’t straight! Decided to take it apart but after a few turns of the bolt it became locked in place! Contacted the customer support who arranged a pick up with dpd for Monday. The driver arrived on time but stated that he couldn’t return the base as it had metal showing! Arrived home repacked the metal and contacted support again. Received a email at 22.30 Wednesday asking for another date I asked for Friday that didn’t happen because I didn’t give them 24hrs notice??? So on it goes wonder what will happen next!
My oil filled radiator has stopped working and it seems impossible to get hold of anyone to claim under the warranty. The phone number doesn’t take incoming calls and emails appear to be ignored so beware
You can’t beat the price vs performance on power tools Been using a grinder and few drills for the last 3 years and absolutely impressed with the performance considering the cost
I ordered a gas BBQ unfortunately it came with a piece missing, these things happen, e mailed customer services and they went above and beyond to help. Answered my e mails the same day. Ended getting a new BBQ took the part i needed out and they have arranged to pick it up at the day that suited me. Would have no hesitation in recommending them 5***** and more.
