We was at 1 AM there for a late night snack after our flight from Germany. The Pizza was good and tasty. The price for 2 pizza large ca. 25€ TOP
Absolute worst customer service we ordered nachos, dough balls pizza and cookies. The nachos were burntthat’s fine I got over that but then opened the pizza and there was mushroom all over it. Which I am allergic to. So double checked the order to make sure, I didn’t accidentally select mushroomsI didn’t so we called, they went through the order and told us they put no mushrooms on the pizza even tho we were looking at it covered in mushrooms, we hardly cut up mushrooms and cooked them in to the pizza ourselves. so after basically being told we are lying. We drove back down and the way you get treated is horrible. All we wanted a replacement and we were bring back the pizza I can’t eat. Find somewhere else anywhere else.
DO NOTE ORDER FOR DELIVERY! I ordered a pizza for delivery off this store and they scammed me! Payed by card and then they pretended I never ordered. Joked about it on the phone and laughed at me. The Indian men there are scammers!
Came by 8pm on a Friday night, place is packed. Ryan and the team kept their cool, kept making pizzas while Ryan at the tills managed the rowdy crowd, and did so quite well. Very well done! My pizza came out piping hot and delicious, no complaints at all!
Nice pizza shop plenty of parking space, also if nice weather lots of place front of shop to eat.
I went into the store for collection. Had a baby in hand. No one at the front desk. I understand if it’s too late they can be tired. But it was at 1 pm. There was an employee who had the dough and another one who was folding boxes. I called out to them. I know they’re not front desk material but a simple response saying we’ll be with you would have been sufficient. I had no clue how long I had to wait. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend this store and won’t be ordering there anymore.
I tried to call but nobody answered. Got to the store and the place was mental. Drivers going in and out evey 5 minutes. The lad behind the counter who was doing 3 things at once said they had 3 pages of orders to do as well but I still got my collection in 20 minutes. Needs to hire more people to do phones for us who don't have the app. Otherwise same taste as other dominos and decent service surprising given how busy it was. This was on a friday afternoon at around 6pm so if you want my advice order early and order there.
Ordered 2 large pizzas for a nurse retirement party. I was charged. The app said they were delivered. They never did. Rung booterstown about 20 times not an exaggeration...even got Co workers to call! They never answered. I rung a neighbouring hospital incase they were delivered there by mistake. They weren't. Ruined a retirement party. I expect a full refund.... but how can I ...seeing as their policy is not to answer the phone. Extremely, disappointing and not good enough to be honest.
Best Domino’s. We ordered via the app, and 20’ after the click the food was at the front door. If you order on Tuesday, they have discounts!
Probably one of the better Dominos in Dublin. Good staff and friendly drivers. All the ones complaining about 'rude' staff or bad service probably never worked retail or customer service a day in their life. Don't be rude to workers and they'll be good to you. No wonder half of these places are understaffed. Nobody wants to serve a Karen.
