Been eating here since it opened in Blackpool and aside from the odd overcooked pizza, I've been lucky not to have too many bad experiences. However, I just can't comment enough on the prices here. It has gotten absolutely ridiculous how expensive the food is here. It's no wonder there are entire internet forum threads of people trying to find discount codes for this place. I'm ordering less and less these days and will soon just switch to somewhere more local. It's worth noting the pizza quality here was far higher a couple of years back, it's strange how it plummeted.
Ordered 2 portions of wedges and a pizza, when I opened the wedges this is what I was given.. Wouldn’t give ya the steam of their p!ss, one portion is clearly much less than the other so you can tell they just put on one batch of wedges and split it between two boxes. Absolutely scandalous
Ordered online and collected pizza and a wrap. Both were tasty. Staff are lovely in the Blackpool branch. 10/10
Now currently sitting in gatwick airport 5 days after my trip to cork Ireland, waiting on a connecting flight to France, I must say as a Michelin chef I found this food to be the perfect belly filler after a night on the booze, but saying that the staff were extremely underrated and i found there hygiene to be within all global standards, there was one staff member who seemed as if he had no passion in what he was doing and in my 10 minutes standing there he had 3 or 4 cigarette breaks. Now going back to the food, it was pallet-able and after many hours of chewing I finished a couple slices of pizza, to finish up this place was amazing but found it very chewing and not nice.
Ordered food worth €30 pizza,wedges,nachos,cookies. Cookies were burnt to death same as the nachos couldn’t eat them, pizza was rock solid and cold, wedges were nice the 8 wedges that were in the box absolutely shocking food what a robbery.
Got food last night the wedge portion was a hand full very small price we paid hardly nothing feel pure sick this morning over it like it was pre heated
Super tight with the toppings this time round guys, seriously not wasting my money with you anymore. You continue to forget the sauces for the sides and cinna dippers. All the best though.
Tried charge me extra 8 euro because last week I used a coupon when I shouldn't have never used a coupon by the way thats there problem imagine trying to charge extra money for every week customers won't be going back
How hard is it to cut pizza? Do you really care so little about your job that you are willing to mess up peoples food. I do good in my job so that i can get paid and enjoy nice things. You are awful at your job. I wish i didnt have to order from blackpool. Disappointment every time.
I just received my order after a delay which was blamed on system issues and then the driver had a hard time finding the address. That is all fine not a big deal. But the reason for my 1 star review was that I didnt receive everything I ordered and when trying to ring both the driver and the actual place I got no answer. Very disappointed. Edit: changing to 4 stars as I rang back the next day and the guy on the phone was brilliant. He listened he didnt try and shift blame. Was compensated and it was handled very well.
