Dominos Pizza

Negatives first. Ordered 4 large pizzas on 2 for Tuesdays. They said it would take 1hr for delivery, then got a call back around 30/40 mins later saying that they were delayed and it would be another hr. I had alot if hungry people waiting for food but the communication was good rather than not knowing where it was. I asked for a receipt so that I could claim the money back but when it was delivered no receipt was presented. I called the store only for them to inform me that because it had already been delivered that they could now not provide me with one. Now the positive Food was hot, and cooked to perfection, we has 4 different types and it just what we needed watching the football England V Wales. On a side note, I understand they would have been busy on that evening and once it arrived I had lots of happy people. All I would say is if you do need a receipt then I would ask them several times to make sure they fully understand.

Hey, ordered our pizza tonight, website said it would take up to 40 minutes. Well according to Dominoes tracker, it took at least 30 minutes to be delivered and turned up cold. Currently re-heating in the microwave cos your pizza is too expensive to eat cold!!

This store has no dine in. Anyway..pleasent service. Waited about 15 minutes for my pizza. Piping hot ready to eat, and very tasty.Food: 5/5

So after my order was missing one of my sides, I’m told it will be a further 15 minutes , so the rest of my order was sitting getting cold and soggy and had to pay for the privilege of them making the mistake In the first place too, so decide might be best to let the kids eat it whilst we wait, hardly any cheese on the pizza 3/4 slices had no cheese on at all so took it back in and asked for some cheese on my pizza please. Anyway 20 mins later go in to collect order and I’m pretty sure they didn’t even bother to redo it, was exactly the same only soggier! Really glad I wasted money I don’t have on this! And 45 mins sitting waiting outside! Could have got delivery quicker and cheese on pizza from my local branch!

Ordered 2 pizza way over an hour ago, one of which I processed incorrectly online. Called the restaurant and asked if they could change this and they said “no not really the drivers about to take it.” I offered to pay extra for a later delivery and still the woman insisted to argue her point across for 5 minutes saying the same thing “no, drivers about to take it” does not sound like the drivers about to take it and as customer service it’s your duty to help and fix these things if people pay money. You charge extortionate prices yet cannot be bothered to help because it would mean making a new pizza up!! Furthermore the delivery driver “was not about to leave” because I’ve waited another 40 minutes!!

Rubbish experience, Dominos forgot one of my pizzas ...the second time this has happened. Delivery guy had to call them up, lady who answered was rude did not offer anything as a gesture of goodwill/compensation considering i had guests waiting and we couldn't eat until the missing pizza arrived. I called to ask a simple question how long orders were taking tonight because last time it was 2 hours just for Tom to hang up on me after saying “sorry” in a funny way, tried to repeat myself but just put the phone down. staff are so rude, I went with ask Italia instead.

Possibly the worst run Domino's in the UK. Seem repeatedly incapable of getting pizza to a customer. Reflects badly on the Dominos brand.Food: 1/5

Waiting for over 1.5 hours for a pizza would have been quicker to walk to the shop and collected - not impressed with service or updates

Not sure why there are bad reviews, pizza is always good rarely late, in the rare cases I've had where foods been late, it's only been for 5-10 minutes late. Ordering via app is very easy and staff are always friendly when ordering over the phone. Also, they always have great meal deals which work out to be excellent value. shout out the Mega mix and collection deals
