The staff are friendly but the food was not really Italian, your better off cooking your own Italian food at home or go somewhere else.

It's not the first time when we go there,very friendly and welcoming staff,we celebrate a birthday so we bought our own cake and they didn't have any problem with this.. for the food as always a big 10 *...lovely place!!!
Food was good but not amazing. Service was excellent, friendly and quick. Prices very reasonable.
Eaten here a few times and in its previous incarnation. Food very good mostly service good. A meal for two with drinks for us has always been the wrong side of £80 which is stretching it a bit. Having said that they do offer a number of deals which as of yet we haven't tried. These should all work out much cheaper.
Visited II Palazzo this evening and was pleasantly surprised at the decor. The staff were really friendly and the food was delicious. Will be visiting again.
We went here with another couple. The food was ok we had the special's wished we stuck to the pasta. Service a little slow. But nice staff.

Great food and nice deco. At last they are using some decent napkins before it was just paper towels. Great Service, will certainly recommend.
