The drive is 3 mins long, the order took an hour and 15. Had to be redone when I called for some reason. Garlic bread was missing. The lovely driver went back, drivers don’t always have a way of contacting you which means you have to be on alert if it’s hard to get to your door. Driver was the best part!
Waiting for delivery, the app was saying the food was on its way. It promptly told me the food had been delivered which it hadn’t. Took another 20 minutes and a couple of phone calls to the store for the food to finally arrive. The driver didn’t have the chicken wings, said he would go and get them…surprise, they never turned up.
Must tell you about this experience ordered a pizza took an hour for it to get to the out for delivery, been 45mins since it was “out for delivery”, I live down the road. when I first called in they said they had attached other orders to mine and that’s why it is saying it’s been delivered. I call back again and then they say well it may have been delivered to someone else. We can make another order and send it. Approaching 2 hours now still no pizza.
Clearly forgot the chicken and just threw it in afterwards. Double decadence was dry af too. Not worth the price these days.
Delivery is usually exceptional but tonight it took 22 minutes for me to get my delivery from the time I got my text to say it was out for delivery. I am five mins away!!! Pizza was cold and I also got the wrong chicken side. Very disappointed tonight
Two orders wrong and didn’t accept either one. Still waiting on refund despite calling store 5 times to complain and being promised will be processed.
The manager Hanan was fantastic and extremely professional with her service.
Forgot the extra sauces that I had paid for and offered no explanation or apology other than “we’re busy.” Delivery drivers take multiple orders out on delivery with them. My pizza had “arrived” I was outside wondering where the pizza man was for a good 5 to 10 minutes until he showed up and explained he was just dropping one on the next road.
Picked up 2 pizza's last night which were warm at best. Walk home is no more than 3 minutes from the shop. When I called up to complain, the rude employee took no ownership and said 'well it's not our fault'. After questioning this response with 'well is it ours?', his snarky reply was 'well it must be, I can see a lady in front of me right now who can't eat her pizza, it's that hot!'. Great for her, but after paying £20 for 2 warm pizza's the level of service isn't even what you'd expect from a pizza shop run by 2 10-year-old's let alone a multi-national corporation. Average pizza, awful experience and awful attitude from staff- bad representative of Domino's.
I went to Domino's Balham this evening. I walked in, which is a rarity. I'd never seen them make the pizzas, and honestly, it was so clean, and so formulated. Everyone knew what they were doing, and all of the stations were spotless. They were constantly cleaning. Great outfit they've got there. Cudos. Thank you.
