Keep on giving this dominoes ago and they've not once got an order right, time and time again they disappoint. Most recent was a half and half absolute banger and ultimate spicy sausage with Nduja. We ended up with a 50/50 ultimate banger and vegi supreme which unfortunately was the most boring pizza I've every had, I really do feel for vegetarians. I've not even called back for a replacement because that would be the third time I've had to. Done with it.
Worst Domino's in the UK. Ordered online, thought a treat after a hard day at work would be nice. After an hour no sign of it turning up. Tracking still says 'prep'. I called up, the poor chap informed me he is the only one in the kitchen, when there should be a team. Never using this dominos again it's gone really bad.Food: 2/5
Placed an order online last weekend for delivery. Was contacted about 20 mins later to say they couldn’t deliver because of the roads being closed due to a parade if this is the case why accept orders for delivery in the first place. Was told I’d get an email confirming my refund still haven’t received, despite calling them back again. Was told refund would be between 3-5 business days again a lie as it has not yet been received I have been a regular customer since the branch opened, but after such lacklustre service I won’t be using them again.
So just placed an order then via the app, waited 30 mins and the order status was still on “prep” so I called the store to find out more, to then be told by a very careless sounding young man that due to how busy they were they advise I cancel my order, to which I asked if my order was already in the process of being made, to which I got “I dunno”. So I asked if they could check as if started there wouldn’t be much point cancelling, luckily they hadn’t started it so I cancelled my order to then be told I wouldn’t get my refund for 3-5 working days?! So now left with no order, and -£16! beans on toast it is! won’t be going to Dominos again!
Absolutely shocking service, waited 2.5hr for a pizza and still a no show. Staff are rude when you call & don't care and you just get "dunno" down the phone, will definitely not be using again.
Yet again this store fails to get an order right, misses 4 toppings, doesn't include paid for sauces and the pizzas are a mess. Customer service does nothing. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere that values your custom.
Must be one of the worst dominoes in the UK, after a long day's work waiting 2 hours for a delivery is disgusting. Plenty of other takeaways to give your money.
Terrible pizza with little to no cheese on top.. worst domino’s around, always seem to be delivered cold and when you complain..it falls on deaf ears! Stay well clear
Terrible service. Delivered wrong pizzas and other items. Called to tell them issue; they replied “our system says it was correct.” Umm that’s why we called? So we were very much overcharged for what was delivered.
Did order for delivery only to be told an hour after to pick it up! Came to pick it and waited for another 30 mins with them looking for my orders lol ! What a joke
