Had taken ages to get served and our pizzas were ten minutes late after we were told they were already ready (because of this our food from another takeout had gone cold), there was also a missing side (that was definitely ordered). The food was great (aside from being quite cold because of the delay) but the service was horrendous, although this was not the fault of the cashier as she was new and seemingly untrained, she should however been supervised and trained properly as to gain a better understanding of the process.

This Dominos used to be one of the best Dominos for quality of food. When I was working away, I would sometimes order a Dominoes and think to myself, "the Queensferry one is far better". The food used to be cooked right every time, waiting for delivery was rarely a long wait. Even if it did take longer than usual, it didn't matter, as the food would be enjoyable. The last few times I have ordered, the food has turned up luke warm and undercooked. I order from here about once or twice a month and every time over the last 3 months, I have been disappointed. But tonight, I was sent a cold pizza and that can not be forgiven. My order was on 'quality control" for 45 minutes. This tells me that my food has been sitting under a bloody light bulb for 45 minutes. Why wasn't the pizza just remade? It doesn't cost the business much to just remake the bloody thing if it's been sitting there for too long! I don't care if I have to wait a little longer! I just want to enjoy something I paid £15 for!!! How would Dominos like it if I was to walk into their restaurant and defecate on the food counter? Wouldn't be nice would it!? I would never do that, but that's what I feel you have done to me!

Unfortunately Domino's is quite let down by their franchise owners. This is the second Domino's that I have experienced where they just can't get an order right. You order the Franks Hot Wings and nearly every time they come as normal wings with no hot sauce. A real shame, as the food in general is fantastic.
