I have always had nothing but trouble with this dominos. I live up steps & the people who deliver one lady to be specific always makes it known how much she hates delivering to me. I stopped ordering. But yesterday a dominos delivery came to my door and they were very unpleasant to be even tho I DIDNT ORDER FROM THEM. He was extremely rude, even tho I didn’t order. I helped him find the place he needed to go to & with no thank you and no apology. The worst dominos, actually the worst anything I have ever dealt with. Rude drivers, rude people & have forgotten multiple products I ordered in the past also. Don’t waste your money. For the money you spend. It’s atrocious
Absolutely shocking. Food ordered for 10/15 minutes collection. 45 minutes later one cold pizza, told other still being cooked. - which wasn’t the case it had been give to someone else. Food was cold by the time I got home. The second pizza ended up being wrong order and put straight in the bin - also cold.
Was told 15 minutes so went In 10 mins to collect! Got home and it was cold and under cooked! I know electric is expensive but you need to turn your ovens up. Papa John’s for me next time.
Located at nice place Great ambient. Quick service and staff are really sweet! A good range of pizzas & new cookies.
Awful service, consistently get the order wrong, used to buy from here twice a week, but it has gone downhill over the past 6 months.
We waited nearly an hour for our food. We walked into dominos and it was empty, no customers and the staff weren’t busy at all. When we asked where our pizza was they said they forgot our order but didn’t apologise for it and so we went to the shop and came back then asked again and this time they forgot to put it in the oven. How does that even happen. Others had also walked in after us and gotten their order before us, this is highly unprofessional and unorganised. It is so bad I wanna give you a 0 but that’s not possible so I give you a one.
Just went in to get walk in collection deal and ask if they could only top half because the other half was for a vegetarian and they refused. They actually refused to sell a pizza, throwing away business I suppose
You can get something fantastic to eat at any time
The app said my pizza had been delivered when it hadn't, so I waited 10 minutes and still no pizza, so tried calling the store 10 times and nobody would pick up, then finally my pizza got delivered 30 minutes after the app had said it was delivered and to top it off my garlic pizza bread had no cheese on it whatsoever. Terrible service would not recommend
Very upset. Clearly stated on the door that when you order for collection to wait outside. There were things piled Infront of the door and when I went to open one it was locked. 8 members of staff that all saw me attempt to open the door then stand outside for 15 minutes while my food was being cold before one bothered to come and tell me to come in the other door was open my food was not kept in a warm place and when I went to tell the lady who handed me the food about what it said on the door and that I waited for at least ten minutes she said okay and walked away. Ridiculous service. Food was colder than I was.
