I never buy Dominies. However last night i got a pepperoni pizza, portion of chicken and 4 cookies @£18.67 for my grand daughter, what a rip off. I dont know how people can afford to buy this we would have been better going to a restaurant and having a proper meal. Buy the way i had to top up with a take away from Mr Chips next door.
I remember pizza at Domino's was great, but lately I think it's going down hill as it doesn't taste as good. The pizza ordered was prepared there and then in a reasonable time but it was very salty. I don't mean it must have had extra salt added, but the kids said this pizza is salty it's bitter. Plus it was a little on the grease side. Looked more like a "Sloppy Joe's" from "Futurama" Little disappointing as it was one of the best in the area but it really is starting to slide down on the stars. It may be great for a hangover cure but it was bought as a family meal which left the family and kids feeling let down!
Dominos need to seriously up their game! I used to be a huge fan, but not now. Fourstar pizza is far superior. They offer free toppings and give you points on each order, I’ve saved enough points to have £10 off an order. I usually need to order double toppings when ordering dominos, but not with fourstar. I am a totally impartial reviewer and have not received any rewards from fourstar pizza for this review. Actually, they should be renamed to fivestar pizza!
Deliveries are never on time. As of this moment The app is telling me my food was delivered 20 minutes ago but I still haven't received it. This happens every time I order. I complained once and the eastern European managaer was very nice and added a free pizza to my account, however the manager with the English accent today was much less helpful, merely issuing cries of "we're busy" whilst completely failing to understand my complaint. Food still has not arrived, if it has been out for delivery this long it is bound to be freezing.
I ordered a household deal which they were not going to give me they had never heard of it so had to go to Domino's app to show them, wanted a cinni dipper desert and refused to give me because they said it was not on this deal, so just went to Banbridge domino's instead, later on checked the app and found out that cinni dippers are included on this deal. Not very professional or helpful staff, when they don't know domino's own offers.
Ordered via app which said ready to collect after 20 mins, it was not, was a further 15 min stood in store, no organisation or anyone sorting collections from walk in customers, poor young fella on tills trying to do it all by himself, terrible set up and drivers flying through car park like bees on speed.. After driving from lurgan back to moira realised after the drama we had not the correct toppings ordered and actually instead of a plain cheese and tomato we had peppers onions chicken and some other muck on it, the children with food tolerances did not get pizza in the end :
