Excellent customer service. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a complimentary coffee by the Manger who noticed me working on my laptop after finishing the meal there.

Lurgan McDonald's have a new set up, 4 those paying by card. Which means u receive a receipt. So that u can feel out a questionnaire, online. Then u can use said receipt to receive what's is on offer, i.e coffee or a big Mac, etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful when using the new self service checkouts.they got my friends order wrong but were very quick to correct it when it was pointed out.i was happy to get a big Mac and fries after for a friend by filling out the customer survey and using the receipt reference.it was then only £1.99 which I thought was good value.i don't think the food is very filling or healthy but it's grand if you want something small as a one off.on another occasion I bought the wrap of the day which was £1.99 and this was a tasty snack.

The new ordering system is unfortunately a mishap in this store. It's provided a town who mainly are still vastly making payments by cash a streamlined way of ordering and paying by computer and card. This new ordering structure takes up almost all of the comfortable hall floor and general flow of all time spent before receiving food is a congested bumpy ordeal.... To say the least. Avoid!
