Overall a good experience. The Philly cheese burger could have been hotter but was acceptable and a nice taste. The fries were lovely hot and fresh. Customer service for me was great. I do not usually frequent McDonald's. It looks like a tough job in that busy kitchen.
Would give zero if I could. Every single time I order from here something is wrong or missing.nThis is the worst McDonalds in Ireland! Seriously, do not order here, go to Rushmere, Portadown, Sprucefield, literally any other and you will most likely get what you actually order and pay for, unlike in Lurgan!nTried to make a complaint online and their website kept crashing. No point in complaining in the restaurant, done it before and managers simply do not care!
Didn't get thentwo drinks ordered with meals and one of the kids meal literally had so little chips.
Ordered from here about 4 times in the past 2 months and they’ve always got my order wrong and even when it says on the receipt the correct order it always ends up being wrong. For example asking for a burger with just cheese I’ll end up with a burger that has everything on it. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to without a doubt!
Got served stone cold chips and a burger so soaked in red sauce was inediblenHad trailer on so couldn't even turn on the road to go back as we had a drive through.nKids meal was ok hence the 2 stars
