Placed an order that cost almost £20. Took over an hour to be delivered. When it did arrive it was barely luke warm. I dont think a cold pizza is acceptable for the price they charge. This is not the first time this has happened when ordering from this branch. I dont understand how when i order from Papa Johns which i believe is further away from my house there is never an issue and the order arrives quickly and most importantly HOT!

Whether it's free pizzas from wuntu or paid pizzas you should make all pizzas the same. Which you don't. Yes you make free pizzas but you get paid to do that so making them like with hardly any toppings on or cheese or sauce like paid pizzas is not right. Telling the customers 'yeh but it's a free pizza, so you shouldn't complain about waiting' but don't you realise you get paid to make it and you shouldn't care whether it is free for the customer or not instead you should say 'sorry we are really busy however we are trying our best to get you what you ordered'. Customer service guys. Ordered paid pizzas from you too so I thought I'll add this as a customer shouldn't be judged as a 'cheap' person if he found a free pizza code online. Anyone who loves pizzas would 😊

I just order pizza, chicken and more and both my chicken and pizza was uncooked and looks expired and taste expired I am really disoopinted with the service. And it took more then hours to delivery I would like you to improve you good. You guys think we not going to report and make the pizza every time. Next time I will report you. Is not just me there are many of my friends who is having same issues. Hope you can take action

We have recently ordered twice  They say its any pizza any size 6.99 for collection. However both times having ordered a large they were stingy with their toppings. Why offer such a deal if you cannot afford it? I use to love dominoes but I wouldn't order it again or recommend anyone to.
