Most awful experience at a restaurant ever. Reservation didn't go through, and we were treated as though it didn't matter, we didn't matter. Staff were rude, ignorant, then unapologetic and making excuses when I found a hair embedded in my food.

You can't book a table between 5pm and 8pm, no use if you have a party of kids after school. They expect you to turn up and see if theres space. This is not customer service this is customer avoidance.
