Crappy service. I waited for an Hour to get my pizza and I had to call the shop only to find out that they supposedly called my phone and went back to the shop. I asked to the man in the phone where was my order and kept telling me that my phone was turned off so they couldn't contact me, even if I was talking to him from my phone. After asking about them delivering the pizza again he said I needed to wait 45 minutes more. It felt like he was blaming me as the reason why I didn't get my order. I expect a better response from him and a better service. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed. I better get my refund.

The worst service ever. I don't normally leave reviews but this takes the goat.. we have been waiting 2 hours for our pizzas. Called over 20 times and no answer. Online tracker has even given up. Never again. I absolutely recommend staying away from these unless you want to go on a diet.

Very clean. Very efficient. The same guy (franchise owner?) has taken the orders and manages the store for quite a few years.

Got into the hotel very late after a full day of work and then traveling from Scarborough. Google maps said open to 0500. Website said open until 0300. Ordered pizza online at 0030. Paid via paypal. No pizza. No phone call. No email. No nothing. I am a world traveler, and this place is the FIRST delivery place that I ever ordered from that didn't either complete the order, or notify me if it could not complete order. So, by those standards, congratulations on being THE worst delivery place I've ever used.
