Awful service, rude on the phone, doesn’t even know what there selling, hung up on us several times, couldn’t be more disappointed, deffo order from Stanway. Would rather starve then order from there again.

You're only as good as your last order! On this instance food was over 1hr 15mins - arrived cold then the driver dropped on the floor. Called the branch three times to chase - phone rang out on two occasions. When called to request refund, i was very flippantly told I would get a refund in five days. So overall experience of cold food and food customer service sees me return to Papa Johns or Dominos Hythe.

forgot half my order, didnt want to resolve. delivery driver used my car to lean all over to get pizza out of the bag. Always an issue with this colchester store

Always forget sides with delivery and on collection forget to cook sides then make you wait for ages whilst they do. Good food but awful customer service.
