Ordered a pizza for 6pm, tracker said delivered but never got it, rang continuously for 15 minutes till phone was answered and told it was on its way. 45 minutes later still not delivered, couldn’t get an answer on the phone. Gave up waiting, now waiting for customer services to refund me! Make sure you pay cash on delivery!

Order from here often maybe twice a month

Ordered a delivery the other week at 9:30pm and by midnight it still hadnt arrived even though we had been ringing them from 11pm. 

Phoned in the next morning and they had no idea why it hadn’t been delivered but they delivered the order from the night before that day free of charge. Which is good enough for us but not for our belly’s the night before.

Placed my order 2 hours ago at the Meir Hay store and it’s still not arrived. However says that it has been delivered on the app and I can no longer track it. Been ringing all night and can not get through ... not happy.

Service was really slow. Took almost an hour from app saying out for delivery to receiving my order. Rang up and staff weren't helpful just said the app wasn't correct. Would give just 1 star but to be fair the delivery driver was lovely so he's got you that extra star!
