Bland, tasteless pizza. How Domino's stays in business is beyond me. How the place survives in a town with maybe 10 places that make lovely pizzas is one of life's biggest mysteries. Even the over greasy pizzas in Pizza Express are much, much nicer. Just down the road there are much nicer takeaway places too.

Currently been waiting for my pizza for over 1 hours and 45 mins. Just called 20 mins ago and was told it was 10 mins. Pizza will no doubt be cold when it finally gets here if at all. While I was waiting I thought I would leave this review to help others not end up like me

Terrible service.
The last order I made to Domino's was over an hour late (even though it said it was delivered an hour earlier). and almost cold. I was promised a refund on my order. or £20 off my next order. 
Today I made another order and it claimed to be delivered. but wasn't. It was delivered over an hour later. I ate the lukewarm food and gave my local branch a call hoping for a refund. This time the very same manager claimed he couldn't give a refund, but he could give me a "coupon" on my next order for a free pizza. However he the told me that its not really a coupon. but its based on trust. I have to order the pizza by phone, and trust that they remember their promise to give me a free pizza. 
Overall, I am absolutely appalled with the service at my local branch. and do not want to go through the hassle of waiting. and calling over and over until my pizza finally arrives over an hour after they said it has delivered.

I told him he could have the food back... Tomorrow.

Domino Pizza - Whats happened!??

I ordered a pizza online this evening at 7pm. for requested time of delivery at 7:45pm, phoned up at the branch at 815pm - I phoned up and was told that driver will be wit me very shortly, so I ask what is shortly as I have guests, people waiting thats why it was ordered for specific time, lady said sorry running late as we want to make sure pizzas are hot!??

8:25 - Driver arrives, pizza luke warm, and bottle drink missing, I asked about the bottle, said not on the notes for the order. despite me putting a note on the order when ordring, that driver to check items before delivering, STILL failed again, last time they forgot the drink as well.

Driver told me to phone the branch give em hell!?  II said what aboutthe pizza getting cold, will and the time wasted so far already!!

I took the pizza and paid him, no tip this time (always tip them 5 quid)

He started calling The manager, whom I already spoke to that answered the phone when I had originally chased up, Rizwana was her name, she was denying that the drink was ever on the order?

Not very customer focused , implying customer is a liar which I could blatantly hear myself. at this point I could of and should of refused the order, however, as I had waited so long and with people/guests waiting, I took the pizza and all sides etc and told driver to have a good night.

I was polite but agitated. show them how one is to behave, what manners and professionalism is like. what they lack!!

So, in a nut shell,  this is the LAST time Domino get any more business from me.

Very Disappointed service as being a big brand...order on sunday  in quite time...delivey received after an hout with stone cold pizza and wedges...garlic bread was like without garlic butter even pizza was half cooked tasteless ...tried first and last time...
